Deposit and No Show/Late Cancel Policy

20% of the service value or $50 (for appts. under $250) is charged per appointment. The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance and otherwise applied to service.

Any prepaid or member treatments are subject to a no-show/late cancel fee of $50.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit their deposit. Halo appointments require 72-hour cancellation notice to be eligible for return of deposit.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our no-show/cancellation policy.

Return Policy

Services: We do not offer refunds on any services. Results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.

Retail and Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. Unopened skincare products (with receipt) may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Children Policy

The safety of your children is top priority. We ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.
