20% of the service value or $50 (for appts. under $250) is charged per appointment. The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance and otherwise applied to service.
Any prepaid or member treatments are subject to a no-show/late cancel fee of $50.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit their deposit. Halo appointments require 72-hour cancellation notice to be eligible for return of deposit.
