"I had an Eyelash Lift & Tint, then a consultation for Facial Procedures. Chi, Laura, and all the staff were so nice, warm and friendly. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. They took the time to explain procedures in detail and helped me decide what treatments were best for me, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed so they could get to their next client, unlike at the doctors offices where they are constantly overbooked, don’t care and only have a very small amount of time for you. They really made me feel like I was important to them and my questions and concerns mattered! Loved them all and looking forward to my next visit!"

"I am very happy with my lash lift and tint service I had done today. Scheduling was easy which is a huge plus for me! I love scheduling online without having to call anyone. They send reminders too. Check in was easy and quick. Chi was professional and made me feel comfortable. I really liked that they have rooms for each client as some other places are all 1 big room which can feel awkward when you're laying there and can't open your eyes. I felt very comfortable at Elle. I love the Union location - very easy to get to! Chi was quick and my eyelashes look great. I will be back!"
